Her Trails  ·  All-In Membership

Built for the whole year,
not just the next race.

You will not be the same athlete in 12 months. The training, the coaching and the community move with you.

Inside All-In

What you actually get.

Programs matter. So does what happens around them. All-In brings your running, strength, coaching, female athlete education, race tools and community into one place for the full year.

Her Trails women training on trail

01 · Programming

Training that can move with the year

Core programs from foundations through ultra distance, plus supported race-specific builds added to your profile when you request them.

Her Trails coaching community

02 · Coaching

A place to bring the real week

Weekly Coaching Corner during school term for pacing, illness, missed sessions, race questions, changing goals and the decisions a static plan cannot make for you.

Her Trails strength and movement

03 · Strength + movement

Support the runner, not only the running

Her Strength, Peri Power, mobility and supporting sessions give your running a stronger base across training blocks and the spaces between them.

Women running together on trail

04 · Female athlete context

Your physiology belongs in the conversation

Fuelling, menstrual cycle guidance, perimenopause, motherhood, postpartum, recovery and injury prevention sit alongside the running rather than outside it.

Her Trails community member

05 · Community

Women who understand the work

The Community Hub, Circles, race groups and in-person runs create places for the conversation you actually need, without turning training into noise.

Her Trails race day

06 · Race intelligence

More than a calendar of sessions

Pace Predictor, race strategy, taper, recovery and course-specific guidance help translate training into decisions you can actually use on race day.

The Program Library

A lot can change
in a year.

Your training options should be able to change with it. All-In gives you a pathway from foundations through trail, road, ultra, race preparation, strength and the wider work that supports endurance training.

60+ Programs and training pathways
5km Where structured running can begin
100 mile Through to long ultra distance
20+ Supported race and event pathways

01 · Foundations + progression

Build from the runner you are now.

Start, return, rebuild or work on speed without needing a major event to justify the training.

5km Foundations · 10km Foundations · 10km Progressions · Find Your Fast · Half Trail Foundations · Half Trail Progressions · Trail Marathon

02 · Trail + ultra

Distance is only one part of the problem.

Terrain, climbing, technicality and time on feet change what preparation needs to look like. The library reflects that.

Coast + Forest 50km · Ranges 50km · Alpine + Technical 50km · 60 to 65km · 80km · 100km · 100 mile · staged + relay formats

03 · Strength + female athlete support

The running is not the whole athlete.

Strength, physiology and life-stage support sit alongside the running so they can influence how the training is actually used.

Her Strength · Peri Power · Her Shift · Training Cycles · mobility · fuelling · recovery · female physiology

04 · Race-specific

When the course matters, train for the course.

Supported events have dedicated or race-matched builds so the program reflects the terrain, distance and demands of the event rather than only the number of kilometres.

UTA · Tarawera · UTMB Kosciuszko · Buffalo Stampede · GPT · Noosa Ultra-Trail · Surf Coast Century · Ikara · Two Bays · Kunanyi · and more

Your core member programs are there from the beginning. When you choose a supported race-specific program, request it through the member platform and we add the right build to your profile. You are not locked into the goal you had on the day you joined.

Where You Are Right Now

Your year changes.
So should the training.

You do not need to arrive in one particular kind of season. Some women join with a race already booked. Others are rebuilding, between goals, returning after children, navigating perimenopause or simply trying to make running fit inside a full life.

Her Trails runners after a race

01 · A race is in the diary

Something is already on the calendar.

You know the event and the date. What you need is a build that makes sense for the course, and somewhere to bring the questions that arrive along the way.

Inside All-In: request the supported race program and it lands in your profile. Coaching Corner runs alongside the build.

02 · No race right now

No countdown. Still worth training.

You want to keep running well, build capacity and feel like your training has direction without needing a finish line to validate it.

Inside All-In: Base Camp, Training Cycles, strength and foundational programs give this part of the year somewhere useful to go.

Read: you do not need a race goal  →

03 · Injury + rebuilding

The old plan is no longer the right plan.

Returning well is not about proving how quickly you can resume where you left off. It is about rebuilding enough capacity that the next block has something solid underneath it.

Inside All-In: recovery resources, Base Camp, strength and Coaching Corner help you choose what belongs now rather than guessing your way back.

04 · Perimenopause

Your body changed the terms.

Sleep, recovery, energy, strength and symptoms can change what a productive training week looks like. The answer is not automatically more or less. It is better context.

Inside All-In: Her Shift, Peri Power, female physiology resources and coaching help you work with the body you have now.

Read: running through perimenopause  →

05 · Life is full

Work, caring and not much left over.

Training that only works in a perfect week is not useful training. The plan has to survive contact with ordinary life.

Inside All-In: bring the week to Coaching Corner, protect the sessions that matter most and adjust the rest without treating adaptation as failure.

06 · Returning after children

Coming back to your own body.

Returning after birth has its own timeline. Sleep, pelvic health, strength, identity and available time all belong in the training conversation.

Inside All-In: foundations, strength, motherhood and postpartum resources give you somewhere more appropriate to begin than a generic return-to-run plan.

Read: returning to running after birth  →

Most women move through more than one of these in a single year. That is the point. You do not need to keep buying another version of yourself every time the season changes.

Around The Program

A plan is
one layer.

A program can tell you what was scheduled. The rest of All-In helps when reality is different: the missed week, the pacing question, the full life, the injury, the race decision or the moment you simply need another woman who understands the context.

The point is not to make a perfect plan work at all costs. It is to have enough support around the plan to make a good decision when the year stops looking like the plan.

Member Stories

In their own words.

Four women, one trip along the Larapinta. Different starting points, different seasons of life and different reasons for saying yes.

Two minutes on what it takes to say yes before you feel ready.

On training through a full life, and what the trail gives back.

On finding the version of herself that shows up anyway.

Member Reflections

What the support feels like
when it matters.

“

There is no way I could have prepared my body and mind for this without the support of Her Trails. I felt so ready on the start line.

Megan B.

Kosci 50 · UTA 50

“

A brilliant training program that had me feeling strong and confident throughout the whole course. The best part was sharing laughs and tears with all the HT girls.

Sasha L.

SCC 50 · UTA 50

“

That brilliant 20-week training program gave me everything I needed. Crossing that finish line as a first-time ultramarathoner felt surreal.

Michele M.

SCC 50 · First Ultra

“

The Surf Coast Century is such an overwhelmingly beautiful course and doing it surrounded by our incredible HT community made it something I will carry with me forever.

Teagan J.

This community has introduced me to ways of thinking about my running I never would have found on my own. The support after UTA 22 was something I had never experienced in sport.

UTA · Community Profile

What a year of training builds.

The finish line is visible. Most of the work that created it is not. This community profile from UTA follows the quieter parts too: preparation, doubt, consistency, shared experience and what changes when women stop having to do all of that alone.

Pinnacle Events

Women who train here,
to pinnacle events.

10 events across Australia and New Zealand, spread right across the year. Every distance below has a Her Trails program behind it, built for that course and terrain. Request the one you are going after and it lands in your profile.

Look at the dates. A 20 week build for Kosci in November, recovery through summer, then Tarawera in February. That is why the membership runs for a year. One race is a block. A year is a body of work.

Pinnacle Events · Surf Coast Century

What a shared race weekend feels like.

The program gets you to the start line. The weekend is where months of separate training suddenly become something shared.

Surf Coast Century brings solo runners, relay teams, supporters and the Her Trails community onto the same course. This is the part that cannot be captured in a training calendar.

The Investment

The time you give

to this is yours.

Women rarely arrive at training with an empty calendar and nothing else asking for their energy. You bring work, family, care, relationships, sleep, ambition, changing bodies and ordinary weeks that do not behave.

All-In is not asking you to pretend those things disappear. It gives training a serious place inside the life you already have.

Some seasons you are building. Some you are recovering. Some you are starting again. The value of the year is not that every week looks the same. It is that you keep access to the programs, knowledge, coaching and women around you while the circumstances change.

You do not need someone to tell you that you are powerful. You need somewhere that treats you as an athlete and helps you become a more capable one.

Questions Before You Join

The practical details.

What is the Her Trails All-In Membership?

All-In is the year-round Her Trails training membership for women. It brings together running programs, supported race-specific builds, strength, female athlete education, live Coaching Corner calls, community spaces and race-planning tools in one platform.

Do I need to have a race booked?

No. You can use All-In to build consistency, return to running, develop strength, work on speed or train between events. A race can give a block direction, but it is not a requirement for belonging here.

What distances does the program library cover?

The library begins with 5km foundations and extends through 10km, half marathon, marathon, 50km, 60 to 65km, longer ultras, 100km and 100 mile preparation, alongside race-specific, relay and staged-event pathways.

How do race-specific programs work?

Core member programs and resources are available inside your membership. When you decide to train for a supported event, request the race-specific program through the member platform and the right build is added to your profile.

You can browse the current options in the Member Program Library.

What is Coaching Corner?

Coaching Corner is the weekly live group coaching call during school term. It is where you can bring the real questions created by training: pacing, race strategy, missed weeks, fatigue, illness, recovery, changing goals and how to adapt when life changes the plan.

Is the training suitable if I am new to trail running?

Yes. All-In includes foundation and progression pathways rather than assuming everyone arrives with ultra experience. You can begin at the level that fits your current running and build from there.

The Beginner Trail + Ultra pathway is a useful place to start if you are moving from road to trail or considering your first longer event.

Does All-In include strength training?

Yes. Strength and movement are part of the Her Trails training ecosystem, including Her Strength, Peri Power and supporting strength, mobility and injury-prevention resources.

What female athlete support is included?

The member platform includes education and coaching resources covering female physiology, menstrual cycle considerations, perimenopause, motherhood and postpartum, fuelling, recovery and strength.

These resources support training decisions but do not replace individual medical care where that is needed.

What happens if I become injured, sick or life gets very full?

You do not need to keep forcing the original plan. All-In gives you access to recovery and rebuilding resources, strength, alternative program pathways and live coaching so you can work out what belongs now and what can wait.

What are Pinnacle Events?

Pinnacle Events are selected race weekends where Her Trails deliberately brings together course-specific training, coaching and a larger shared community experience around the event.

They are not the only races supported by the membership. The wider Program Library covers many more events and distance-based pathways.

How much does All-In cost?

All-In is $220 AUD per quarter for four quarterly payments across a 12-month commitment, for a total membership-year investment of $880 AUD.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. A 30-day pause is available during the membership year. This gives you room for the periods when training needs to move temporarily into the background without treating one difficult month as the end of the whole year.
